The same, outstanding criteria apply to our Aftercare Service. This relates to either used or new static caravans or luxury lodges. We have quality and safety procedures in place for competent and necessary inspections and tests, when your new holiday home arrives at our holiday park at Whitehouse Leisure.

Initial Inspections and checks

• Upon arrival, your caravan will be inspected to verify that it meets with your order criteria and that it has no obvious defects
• We will make sure it is sited on your chosen pitch
• Utilities, -gas, electric and water will be connected
• A qualified engineer will inspect all the appliances and carry out the necessary tests

During these initial inspections, if anything is discovered to be missing or faulty our Aftercare Team will contact the manufacturer (if a new caravan) immediately, reporting the itemised problems.

After you have taken ownership of your new static caravan, you have up to 21 days to bring any problems to the attention of the Aftercare Team. We will do our utmost to resolve any issues you are unhappy with.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Obviously, your Manufacturer’s Standard Warranty is in force from the day you take ownership of your new holiday home, (where applicable). Should any claim arise against this warranty, we are happy to handle all aspects of your claim. We will ensure that any corrective action is taken as soon as possible.
